Mael project proposes the valida on food, oil & pigment isolates coming from microalgae. This, in turn, will lead to at least 30 new plant-based premium, healthy & transparently produced end food products (plant-based burgers, steaks, chickens, salmon, fish, egg, snacks, pasta, cookies) launched with EIT Food support - all free of salt, sugars, unsaturated fatty acids.
